LaTour Design absolutely loves capturing newborn babies as they are, whether asleep or awake. These perfect little beings are only so tiny for such a short period of time – that’s why it’s important to capture these first precious moments. Younger newborns will generally be sleepy and more amenable to being posed, while older newborns will usually be more awake and less willing to be posed. Our top priority is to make sure your little ones are safely handled at all times and that you feel comfortable in your session at all times. Sessions are relaxed and flexible with plenty of time for feeding and cuddling. We will gently guide your baby into poses, but will (of course) never force a pose. Therefore, I cannot guarantee any specific poses or images. Your baby will do what your baby will do, and whatever that is, is perfect.
